Easy Chocolate-Coffee Sauce
Whisk together cocoa powder and icing sugar in heatproof bowl; set aside.
Heat cream in small saucepan over medium heat, 2 to 3 min., until steaming. Or heat in microwave on HIGH 45 sec., or until hot.
Pour over cocoa mixture. Whisk until smooth. Stir in ground coffee, vanilla and salt. (Note: If sauce is too thick, stir in more cream. If too thin, stir in additional sifted icing sugar.) Use sauce warm or at room temperature. Cover and keep refrigerated up to 1 week. Serve as a dip for fruit or drizzled over ice cream and desserts such as Sensations by Compliments Profiteroles.
