Cherry Frosé

rosé wine

vodka, chilled

Directions

  1. Pour cherry juice into one ice cube tray (with standard cube size). Fill a second ice cube tray with rosé wine. Freeze both trays 6 hr. or until set. (Note: Wine will not freeze completely due to alcohol content.)

  2. Remove juice and wine ice cubes from trays. Place in blender. Add vodka; puree just until slushy.

  3. Divide mixture into 6 stemless martini glasses. Garnish with cherries, if using. Serve immediately.

Tip

Use a dark coloured rose for full-bodied flavour.
