Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (140°C). Thoroughly wash kale; dry well using a salad spinner or paper towels. Place in a large bowl; toss with oil and Cajun spice to taste. Arrange in a single layer on 2 large parchment paper–lined baking sheets. Bake 25 min. or until crisp but still rich green in colour, turning the leaves halfway through. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
