Directions

  1. Into blender, add almond milk, bananas (break into large chunks), hemps seeds (if using), almond butter, honey and food colouring. Process until smooth and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses.

  2. Top each smoothie with a dollop of frozen yogourt and fresh blueberries.
