Peanut Butter Cup Sundaes
Scoop ¼ cup (60 mL) ice cream into each of 4 glasses or small glass jars (approx. ½ cup/125 mL). Top each glass or jar of ice cream with 1 tbsp (15 mL) chocolate sauce, 1 tbsp (15 mL) peanut butter, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped peanuts. Garnish with salt and peanut butter cup halves.
Serve immediately or place in freezer 5 min. to firm up before serving.
