Directions

  1. In a bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.

  2. Stir in apple, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.

  3. Cook pancakes in skillet according to package directions. Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.
